Mini Blueberry Muffins



It's purple inside!!

Double Chocolate cookies!!

I'M OFFICIALLY MAKING BAKING MY HOBBY!!
Standing in front of the oven starring at how the muffin rose for 20 minutes was how I started off just now! Had loads of fun baking with MUMMY just now as we starred at the oven together not knowing what was going to happen. The blueberry muffin was quite a success since its edible. A strong and blueberry scented aroma surrounded the house as we let it cool at the side and proceeded to making the cookie dough.

1st attempt when baking cookies- FAILED!! It was burned, 'CHAO TA'!!!
2nd attempt- PASSED, but not hard enough, however, edible!
3rd attempt- PASSES, WOOHOO!! Just right, crisp was acceptable!!

A sense of satisfaction overwhelmed me after successfully baking the cookies and muffin, which made me want to improve further and bake more items!!!!

What i want to bake next!

THIS is what i wanted to achieve next, hope it will be as successful as today's!!! Will be bringing today's cookies to work to share since there is quite a lot, hope my colleagues will enjoy it!! :DD
